Canon USA is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead a team of Digital Service Specialists delivering service and support for Canon hardware, software, and solutions. The role focuses on driving customer success across a technology-driven environment in the United States.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in service management within technology, hands-on field expertise with digital/electromechanical tech, and proven leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus 7+ years of related experience and manage 2+ FTEs.
• Service management experience in the technology industry.
• Hands-on field technical experience with digital and electromechanical technology; knowledge of Internet, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and Oracle preferred.
• Strong communication skills with ability to develop and lead a team.
• Excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team servicing specific business system products and services within a territory or assigned accounts, including hardware and related software.
• Select, hire, train, and develop current and new technical representatives.
• Address and resolve customer issues in a time-effective manner to achieve total customer satisfaction.
• Oversee warehousing processes related to merchandise and inventory.
• Develop and educate the team on new technology in an evolving industry.
