Job summary

Teledyne LeCroy Korea is seeking a Field Service Engineer to ensure customers’ laboratory and process operations run reliably, safely, and at peak performance. You will install, calibrate, maintain, and repair instrumentation on-site, delivering professional service and technical guidance.

You will travel up to 75% and collaborate with a team to support customer sites, provide training, and resolve issues promptly, maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and optimize hardware, software, and network-connected products at customer sites.
• Perform routine and complex maintenance, calibration, and repair of laboratory and process equipment.
• Diagnose performance issues and recommend solutions that improve equipment reliability.
• Provide customer training and technical guidance to enhance proper equipment use and preventative care.
• Respond proactively to potential issues to minimize downtime and unplanned business interruptions.
• Serve as a technical resource for colleagues and customers, occasionally mentoring other field engineers.
• Support high-volume customer locations with on-site calibration services.
• Ensure professional, timely communication and a strong customer service experience.
