Job summary

Flagship Facility Services, Inc. in South San Francisco, CA, is seeking a field service engineer to perform on-site calibration and repairs at client facilities.

You will use troubleshooting and calibration knowledge to complete service orders and strive for total client satisfaction. This full-time role requires ISO 17025-related experience, lab equipment handling, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years technical field experience with a proven track record of technical resolutions.
• 1+ years laboratory related experience required.
• Calibration experience in multiple disciplines (temperature, pressure, speed, mass, etc.).
• Refrigeration experience required.
• ISO/IEC 17025 and OSHA knowledge preferred.
• Technical mechanics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform calibrations, repairs and validations of laboratory equipment to ISO 17025 standards.
• Troubleshoot issues with equipment using tools such as multimeters, thermometers, process calibrators.
• Complete all documentation associated with service orders.
• Develop calibration procedures to meet customer requirements and ensure measurement traceability.
• Maintain all equipment and standards per SOPs.
