Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related scientific study; AA in Engineering with 5–10 years experience acceptable.
• Experience with analytical instrumentation service, calibration, or repair in GMP environments preferred.
• Travel up to 75% and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, maintain, and repair Teledyne LABS equipment at customer sites.
• Install hardware/software/network configurations and optimize performance.
• Diagnose and resolve product performance problems; provide technical support.
• Train other field engineers or customers as needed.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and proactive issue prevention.
