Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking Field Service Engineers to perform on-site installation, calibration and maintenance of LABS products at customer sites. You will install hardware/software configurations, diagnose issues and provide service to ensure optimal instrument performance.

The role requires a Bachelor's (or AA with equivalent) in engineering/chemistry and 5–10 years of lab service experience, with GMP exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry or related scientific field and 5–10 years in lab troubleshooting/repair.
• Experience in analytical lab service or analytical instrument service; GMP environment preferred.
• Understanding of calibration and repair processes; readiness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, maintain and repair Teledyne LABS products at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve product performance issues.
• Provide preventive maintenance and configuration advice.
• Train other field engineers or customers as needed.
• Travel to multiple locations and customers; work independently or in a team.
