Job summary

Mojo is seeking a Recruitment, Development & Retention Manager to lead the employee lifecycle across wash locations. This field-based role partners with GMs to staff hourly and leadership roles, develop site teams, and drive retention practices in an on-site, in-tunnel, and break room environment.

Success hinges on being present to know teams by name, coaching leaders in the moment, and monitoring turnover and time-to-fill with a focus on retention and engagement at the site level.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in recruiting, HR, or multi-unit operations.
• Experience coaching frontline supervisors.
• Knowledge of employment law fundamentals (at-will, wage/hour, non-discrimination).
• Able to travel the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment of hourly and site-leadership roles across locations.
• Deliver on-site onboarding and required training; ensure training is complete.
• Coach General Managers on interviewing, onboarding, scheduling, and performance conversations.
• Track recruiting, onboarding, training, and retention metrics by site and region.
