Qualifications

• Three or more years in recruiting, HR, or multi-unit operations in high-volume hourly settings.
• Experience coaching frontline supervisors and leading site-level teams.
• Knowledge of employment law fundamentals (at-will, wage-hour, non-discrimination).

Responsibilities

• Partner with General Managers to own end-to-end recruitment for hourly and site-leadership roles across locations, staffing and time-to-fill data.
• Deliver on-site onboarding, coaching managers on interviewing, scheduling, and performance conversations.
• Lead retention and engagement efforts with stay interviews and targeted site initiatives.
• Track hiring and retention metrics and report staffing health to leadership.
