Job summary

Mojo is seeking a Recruitment, Development & Retention Manager to own the employee lifecycle across assigned wash locations. This on-site role partners with General Managers to recruit hourly and site-leadership roles, build a local sourcing pipeline, and coach leaders on interviews and onboarding.

Success depends on being present with the teams, measuring turnover and retention, and driving engagement. The position requires four days on-site per week within the territory, willingness to travel,

Qualifications

• Three or more years in recruiting, human resources, or multi-unit operations.
• Experience coaching frontline supervisors; knowledge of employment law fundamentals.
• ATS and HRIS proficiency; Paylocity preferred; valid driver’s license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Partner with General Managers to own end-to-end recruitment of hourly and site-leadership roles across locations.
• Deliver on-site onboarding and coaching on interviewing, onboarding, scheduling, and performance discussions.
• Monitor turnover, retention, and engagement; conduct stay and exit interviews and drive improvement plans.
• Track staffing metrics and collaborate with leadership on action plans and staffing health.
