Job summary

Mojo is seeking a Recruitment, Development & Retention Manager to oversee the employee lifecycle across car wash locations. This field-based role focuses on hiring site leadership, building the hourly hiring engine, developing site teams, and driving retention practices to keep strong performers.

The position requires being on-site, with four days per week in the field across the territory; commuting distance and flexible schedules are expected to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in recruiting, human resources, or multi-unit operations.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS platforms; Paylocity preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; ability to travel the territory.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment of hourly and site-leadership roles across assigned locations; partner with GM and Director of Operations.
• Deliver on-site onboarding and training; coach leaders on interviewing and scheduling.
• Drive retention and engagement initiatives; conduct stay and exit interviews; monitor turnover metrics.
