Job summary

Mojo is seeking a Recruitment, Development & Retention Manager to lead the employee lifecycle across assigned wash locations. This field-based, on-site role partners with General Managers to recruit hourly and site-leadership staff, deliver onboarding, and drive retention initiatives while coaching leaders in real time.

Success is measured by turnover, 90-day retention, time-to-fill, and staffing against labor plans.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in recruiting, HR or multi-unit operations in a high-volume environment.
• Experience coaching frontline supervisors and handling employment law fundamentals.
• Proficiency with HRIS/ATS platforms (Paylocity preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for hourly and site-leadership roles across locations.
• Deliver on-site onboarding and training; coach leaders on interviewing and scheduling.
• Monitor retention, stay/exit interviews, and engagement initiatives.
• Track turnover, time-to-fill, and staffing health; report to leadership.
