Job summary

Mojo is seeking a Recruitment, Development & Retention Manager to own the employee lifecycle at assigned wash locations. This field-based, on-site role partners with General Managers, builds local hiring pipelines, and drives retention practices to keep teams staffed and engaged.

You will coach leaders in interviewing, onboarding, scheduling, and performance conversations, while delivering targeted development and progression paths for high-potential staff; success is measured by turnover,

Qualifications

• Three or more years in recruiting, human resources, or multi-unit operations, ideally in a high-volume hourly environment.
• Experience coaching frontline supervisors; working knowledge of employment law fundamentals (at-will employment, wage and hour, and non-discrimination).
• ATS and HRIS proficiency; valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Partner with General Managers to own end-to-end recruitment of hourly and site-leadership roles across assigned locations; step in when understaffed or leadership seats open.
• Deliver on-site onboarding and orientation; coach GMs on interviewing, onboarding, scheduling, performance conversations, and leadership.
• Surface and resolve concerns to reduce resignations; conduct stay and exit interviews; partner with leadership on recognition and engagement initiatives.
• Track recruiting, onboarding, training, and retention metrics; review turnover by site and lead data-driven action plans.
