Job summary

Mojo is seeking a Recruitment, Development & Retention Manager who will own the employee lifecycle across assigned wash locations, partnering with site leadership to hire, onboard, and develop teams. This on-site role requires four days per week in the field, with a focus on reducing turnover and ensuring staffing against the labor plan.

You will coach General Managers and site leaders on interviewing, performance conversations, and succession planning, while tracking metrics and driving

Qualifications

• Three or more years in recruiting, human resources, or multi-unit operations.
• Experience coaching frontline supervisors; working knowledge of employment law fundamentals.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across locations, including site-leadership roles, partnering with Operations on interviewing and offers.
• Deliver on-site onboarding and coaching to leaders; build advancement paths and performance documentation.
• Surface retention issues early and drive engagement initiatives with leadership and regional teams.
• Track turnover, time-to-fill, and staffing against labor plans; provide actionable analytics.
