Job summary

Utilities One Group is seeking a Field Project Manager to lead on-site field execution, manage vendors, and coordinate construction projects in the Peoria, IL area. You will bridge field teams with management and external stakeholders to assure safety, quality, and timely delivery.

The role focuses on coordinating pre-construction readiness, daily field activities, and ensuring compliance with plans, permits, and client specifications.

Qualifications

• A valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Strong knowledge of aerial and underground design and construction requirements.
• Ability to lift around 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in extreme weather.
• Ability to read and interpret maps, drawings, and diagrams for fiber construction.
• Willingness to travel to different job sites within the assigned market.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field execution and vendor coordination.
• Review project plans, schedules, and permits with field teams.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with plans and standards.
• Coordinate field changes, QA/QC checks, and reporting.
• Maintain clear communication with management, clients, and subcontractors.
