Utilities One is seeking a qualified local Field Project Manager in St. Petersburg, FL. The role focuses on daily field execution, vendor oversight, and operational coordination of construction projects to ensure safety, compliance, and timely delivery.

The on-site leader bridges field teams, vendors, management, and stakeholders to align with client requirements and municipal standards, driving project success and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field construction teams and coordinating with vendors.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and QA/QC processes on construction sites.
• Strong communication with clients, municipalities, and internal stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily field execution and coordinate with foremen, vendors, and management.
• Ensure crews have required documentation, certifications, equipment, and follow approved methods.
• Manage permits, traffic control, and locates; enforce work-hour restrictions; track progress and reporting.
• Conduct site inspections for quality, safety, and compliance; perform QA/QC checks.
• Escalate critical issues to upper management and maintain proactive communication with teams.
• Represent the company as the on-site field leader and coordinate with clients and authorities.
