Job summary

Utilities One Group is seeking a local Field Project Manager in Prescott, AZ to lead field teams across telecom, power, water, and data center projects. You will oversee pre-construction readiness, daily coordination with vendors, QA/QC, and stakeholder communications to ensure safe, compliant, on-time project delivery.

The role demands hands-on field leadership, strong coordination with engineering and management, and a focus on quality, safety, and efficient production.

Qualifications

• Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Strong knowledge of aerial and underground design/construction.
• Ability to lift around 50 pounds, climb ladders, work in extreme weather.
• Ability to read and understand maps, drawings, and diagrams for fiber construction.
• Willingness to travel to multiple job sites within the market.

Responsibilities

• Review project scope, constructability, and sequencing before work.
• Coordinate daily with foremen and vendors; review work plans and safety.
• Perform site inspections to ensure QA/QC and compliance with plans.
• Serve as first-line problem solver for field challenges and changes.
• Submit daily/periodic reports and keep project documentation up to date.
• Communicate with management, clients, cities, and jurisdictions as required.
• Support field crews through training and reinforcement of standards.
• Ensure timely completion of allocated production goals.
