Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support, installation, and troubleshooting for workstations and other end-user devices
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Provide end-user support and maintain service documentation
- Manage assets, tools, and inventory
- Collaborate with support teams to resolve end-user issues
- Participate in the FSO on-call rotation
- This is a fully on-site position
