PCI Commercial Construction LLC is seeking a Superintendent for a full-time, on-site role in Alabama. The ideal candidate will lead on-site scheduling, layout, and coordination of government roofing and HVAC replacement projects, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to Davis-Bacon/Prevailing Wage requirements.

Responsibilities include directing subcontractors, maintaining project documentation, and communicating with the Project Manager and stakeholders to keep programs on track.

Qualifikationen

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• OSHA 10 or higher (within 30 days).
• CPR certification (within 30 days).
• EM 385-1-1 certification (within 30 days).
• 6+ years of commercial/industrial construction experience, 2+ years in federal construction.
• High School diploma; strong communication and computer skills.

Aufgaben

• Maintain a Safe Work Environment and enforce OSHA-based safety standards.
• Conduct safety trainings and attend toolbox meetings.
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors to align with schedules and quality.
• Maintain controlled documentation including drawings, specs and contracts.
• Provide daily progress reports with photos covering site activity.
• Conduct/project meetings to review progress and coordinate work.
