Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site scheduling, layout, direction, and coordination of the project.
• Oversee subcontractors, safety meetings, and daily progress reporting.
• Maintain controlled documentation and ensure Davis-Bacon/Prevailing Wage compliance.
• Read and verify project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Provide regular project updates to the Program Manager and client.
