Job summary

CCI Construction and Utility Services LLC seeks a highly experienced Superintendent to lead project field operations in Birmingham, AL. The candidate will manage quality, safety, and schedule, coordinating daily with the Project Manager and Owner to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include subcontractor coordination, site safety, progress billing coordination, and ensuring compliance with contract documents and building codes.

Qualifications

• 10 years' experience in similar projects, building renovations, and/or new construction.
• Experience managing USACE and/or NAVFAC government construction projects
• OSHA 30hr certification
• Experience with Procore
• Experience with RMS
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and PDF

Responsibilities

• Manage overall quality and production of work and conformance to Contract Documents.
• Coordinate/communicate with the Project Manager daily.
• Coordinate/communicate with Owner as necessary.
• Manage subcontractor, contractor, owner, inspector, AHJ field coordination, daily.
• Attend the pre-construction conference and weekly meetings.
• Review subcontractor scopes and maintain the project schedule.
• Ensure conformance to national/local building codes and safety programs.
