Job summary

Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations on a Huntsville, AL project at Redstone Arsenal. You will oversee subcontractors, safety, quality control, scheduling, and coordination with the Project Manager and owner.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in heavy civil work, 10+ years in construction, and 5+ years in supervisory roles, with OSHA 30 certification and Procore/RMS experience. Travel and pre-employment screening may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years general construction experience with 5+ years in field/site supervisory role.
• Experience with heavy civil work across multiple buildings.
• Experience managing USACE and/or NAVFAC government projects.
• OSHA 30hr certification required.
• Experience with Procore and RMS.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and PDF tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall quality and production in accordance with contract documents.
• Plan, direct, coordinate, and budget project activities.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Owner, and subcontractors daily.
• Oversee field staff and safety programs on site.
• Maintain coordination meetings, schedules, and progress invoicing.
• Ensure conformance to national/local building codes and timely project records.
