Job summary

ASML in Wilton, CT is seeking a Shift Planner to support weekly production planning across EXE, NXE, DUV, and APPS lines. This role works with Manufacturing Planning and cross-functional teams to ensure ready-to-execute schedules and material flow.

The successful candidate will have manufacturing experience, ERP/SAP, and lean knowledge, plus strong communication to coordinate with suppliers and internal partners. On-site work with clean room environment expectations.

Qualifications

• One year of work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Six months of SAP or comparable ERP system experience.
• Knowledge of Lean Methodology or other continuous improvement methods.
• Ability to work independently; as well as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and adjust production activities to realize the plan with optimized WIP and stock.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics to ensure materials are available on time.
• Secure material availability for the 4-week horizon, mitigating shortages.
• Attend Tier meetings and escalate risks to the production planner.
• Report on production progress and identify risks and impact to output and next week’s starts.
• Initiate improvements to cycle times and delivery processes within the factory.
• Navigate and input information in ERP.
