Job summary

ASML is seeking a Shift Planner for its CLS Production Planning to keep manufacturing operations running smoothly in our San Diego facility. You will coordinate daily production activities, ensure materials flow into the cleanroom on time, and collaborate with planning, logistics, and manufacturing teams to remove obstacles and maintain stable operations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least two years of experience in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of relevant business experience; experience in a high-volume production environment preferred.
• Understanding of planning concepts such as material requirements planning, just-in-time, and lean principles.
• Experience using ERP systems such as Oracle a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production activities and ensure materials arrive where and when needed.
• Monitor work in progress and keep logistics needs on time.
• Manage expedited movement of materials from warehouse to the cleanroom.
• Review completed work orders to validate material usage.
• Join daily meetings to review the build plan and address risks.
• Troubleshoot logistics issues and share prevention ideas.
