Job summary

ASML US, LLC is seeking a Production Planner for the Wilton Factory to translate the master production plan into a feasible 13-week schedule. You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Logistics to ensure on-time delivery of EXE, NXE, DUV, and APPS systems. Strong Excel and ERP skills are essential.

The role requires 2+ years in planning, SAP experience, and effective stakeholder management. A Lean mindset and ability to work independently within a team are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in planning and/or supply chain in manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP or comparable ERP system.
• Two+ years of stakeholder management experience.
• Knowledge of Lean methodology or continuous improvement methods.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with complex functions and conditional formatting.
• Experience planning for new product introductions to production.

Responsibilities

• Plan production for the 13-week horizon and validate capacity.
• Monitor and adjust production activities to realize the master plan.
• Manage material availability for planned production and mitigate shortages.
• Provide input for masterplan updates and risk scenarios.
• Align facilities, equipment, tooling, and resources with capacity needs.
• Identify bottlenecks and optimize plan level and capacity utilization.
• Adjust planning parameters to meet business requirements.
• Suggest improvements to cycle times and delivery processes.
• Contribute to engineering change processes and product lifecycle reviews.
• Communicate with stakeholders to remove roadblocks and ensure feasibility.
• Input data in ERP and track KPIs with Excel pivot tables and charts.
• Present findings to stakeholders and cross-functional planners.
• Be SME for one or more planning processes and lead a cross-functional improvement project.
