Job summary

ASML is seeking a Shift Planner in San Diego, CA to coordinate daily production activities and ensure timely materials flow through the cleanroom. You will collaborate with Production Logistics, Production Planning, Material Handling, and Manufacturing to maintain flow and remove obstacles that slow progress.

You will monitor WIP, participate in daily meetings, and drive improvements while maintaining inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering, business, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of relevant business experience.
• Experience in a high‑volume production environment preferred.
• Understanding of planning concepts and lean principles.
• Experience with Oracle ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production activities with Production Planning.
• Monitor work in progress and ensure logistics needs are met on time.
• Manage expedited movement of materials from warehouse to cleanroom.
• Review completed work orders to validate material usage.
• Join daily build plan meetings and address risks.
• Troubleshoot logistics issues and share prevention ideas.
• Communicate production concerns and elevate critical blocks.
