Job summary

ASML US, LLC in San Diego, CA is seeking a Shift Planner to coordinate daily production activities and ensure materials flow smoothly into the cleanroom. You will work with Production Planning, Logistics, and Manufacturing to maintain flow and resolve obstacles.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and at least two years of experience in a high-volume environment. Proficiency with ERP, Excel, and collaborative problem solving helps drive operational stability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering, business, or related field.
Minimum of two years of relevant business experience; complex/high-volume production environment preferred.
Understanding of planning concepts such as material requirements planning, just-in-time, and lean principles preferred.
Experience using enterprise resource planning systems such as ORACLE a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily production activities and ensure materials arrive where and when needed.
Monitor work orders and confirm that logistics needs are met on time.
Manage expedited movement of materials from the warehouse to the cleanroom.
Review completed work orders to validate material usage.
Join daily meetings to review the build plan and address risks.
Troubleshoot logistics issues that could disrupt manufacturing and share prevention ideas.
Communicate production concerns and elevate critical blocks when needed.
