• Understanding of MRP, JIT, and Lean principles.
• ERP experience (Oracle a plus).
• Proficiency with Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production activities and ensure materials arrive when needed.
• Monitor WIP and confirm logistics needs are met on time.
• Manage expedited movement of materials from warehouse to cleanroom.
• Review completed work orders to validate material usage.
• Join daily meetings to review build plan and address risks.
• Troubleshoot logistics issues and share prevention ideas.
