Qualifications

• Experience delivering FM and PM services to large facilities.
• Strong communication and influence to achieve results.
• Data-driven decision making with historical insights.
• Leadership of large FM/PM teams and ethical standards.
• 5+ years managing a single Class A office high-rise (>1,000,000 sq ft).

Responsibilities

• Deliver all contractual requirements and comply with terms.
• Develop and execute the Account Plan aligned with client objectives.
• Drive high-quality results to exceed client expectations.
• Address FM issues with timely escalation and resolution.
• Hire best-qualified candidates for account roles and build diverse teams.
• Set clear goals for direct reports and coach the team.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Manage account P&L and maintain A/R under 60 days.
• Identify growth opportunities and share with client.
• Retain existing business and expand the book of business.
• Improve efficiency of above-base project work.
• Maintain safety culture across buildings and client sites.
• Ensure renewal of all contract option periods.
