Job summary

EMCOR Group, Inc. seeks a Site Coordinator to support daily workplace services at a life sciences campus in Massachusetts.

You will serve as the on-site resource for janitorial, security coordination, mail services, and facility operations to keep labs and offices safe and compliant. The role requires organizing inspections, managing work orders in the CMMS, coordinating vendors, and supporting access control and visitor management while maintaining high service standards in a regulated

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in facilities operations or workplace services.
• Experience supporting life sciences, pharma, biotech, or lab facilities preferred.
• Knowledge of janitorial, waste management, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary on-site point of contact for workplace and soft services operations.
• Coordinate third-party vendors and ensure safety compliance and site procedures.
• Maintain records, inspection reports, and compliance documentation.
• Assist CMMS administration and route service requests to providers.
• Support access control, badge issuance, and visitor management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and report service metrics.
