Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services is seeking a Workplace Solutions Manager to lead soft services across pharmaceutical laboratory and office facilities in Massachusetts. You will coordinate vendors, ensure compliance with EHS and GMP-adjacent standards, and directly manage two Site Coordinators to deliver safe, clean, and highly functional work environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Admin, EHS, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in facilities management, workplace operations, or vendor management in a multi-site environment.
• Experience managing janitorial, security, and specialty cleaning vendors; proven supervision of direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day soft services across multiple laboratory and office facilities, ensuring consistent service delivery and adherence to standards.
• Manage third-party service providers, monitor SLAs and KPIs, and coordinate contract scopes and renewals.
• Develop and maintain inspection programs, audit processes, and QA standards for all soft services; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead special cleaning and workplace service projects, coordinating with site stakeholders to minimize disruption.
• Oversee security providers and coordinate access control, badges, and emergency preparedness.
• Directly supervise two Site Coordinators and foster accountability and teamwork.
• Support incident response, business continuity, and post-event remediation with vendors.
