Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services, Inc. seeks a Workplace Solutions Site Coordinator to support daily operations at a life sciences and office campus in Massachusetts.

You will be the on-site resource for workplace services, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and compliance while coordinating with employees, vendors, landlords, and security. The role requires strong organization, focus on customer service, and experience in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or coursework in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Operations, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in facilities operations, workplace services, or related support roles; life sciences, pharma, healthcare, or lab facilities preferred.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR Certification, FROL Certification or similar credentials.
• Experience with CMMS platforms and vendor management systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for workplace and soft services operations including janitorial services, mail, waste, security coordination, and general customer service.
• Coordinate and oversee third-party vendors ensuring compliance with contracts, safety, and site procedures.
• Monitor vendor performance, escalate issues, and support corrective actions with documentation.
• Conduct routine facility inspections, manage work orders, and maintain accurate records and reports.
