B. F. Saul Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Office & Industrial) in the Bethesda area to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems, including electrical, plumbing and HVAC/R.

You will support the Chief Engineer and Lead Engineer, documenting activities and ensuring safety procedures are followed. Ideal candidates have at least two years in building maintenance, strong communication skills in English, and the ability to read simple electrical drawings.

Qualifications

• Experience with office buildings preferred.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to read and interpret simple blueprints/electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems.
• Communicate equipment status and issues to engineering leadership.
• Document maintenance activities and tenant work orders promptly.
