B. F. Saul Company is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to perform maintenance, preventive tasks, and repairs across electrical, plumbing, mechanical and HVACR systems in our Washington area properties.

The role requires coordinating with the Chief Engineer and maintaining detailed logs, ensuring safety standards and timely communication with the team. Candidates should have at least 3 years in building maintenance, a valid driver's license, and the ability to access secured government spaces.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent training/experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, mechanical and HVACR systems.
• Document daily activities in logbook and notify supervisor on exit.
