Job summary

CBRE HV is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain small to medium buildings and industrial systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair equipment, and assist with installations under supervision.

Requirements include 1–2 years of related experience or a diploma, strong MS Office skills, and physical ability to handle 50 lb loads. On-site role based in Washington, DC area with safety compliance focus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
