Job summary

The B. F. Saul Company seeks a Maintenance Technician for Park Van Ness in the Washington, DC area.

Under the Lead Engineer, you will respond to resident requests, perform preventative maintenance, and handle turnovers and renovations of apartments. Must have 3–5 years of engineering experience with strong customer service. Ability to lift 60 lbs, work at heights up to 25 feet, and prefer experience in multifamily or hospitality settings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the property and provide superior resident service.
• Process resident service requests promptly and perform preventative maintenance.
• Perform unit inspections, troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and painting.
• Conduct turnovers and renovations of apartments.
