Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Maintenance Technician for on-site work in Hillsboro, OR. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, with both independent and team collaboration to ensure building performance and tenant satisfaction.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 2–4 years of related experience. Certification in building trades or CMMS familiarity (Corrigo) is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of applicable building repair and maintenance experience.
• Demonstrated competency with inspection, maintenance and repair activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems and equipment.
• Conduct facility inspections and report conditions affecting occupancy and operations.
• Move and arrange office furniture and perform general interior maintenance tasks.
• Replace lighting, clean HVAC coils, change filters and belts, and update work orders in CMMS.
