Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a Facility Supervisor for 2nd shift in Hillsboro, OR to supervise maintenance technicians, housekeeping staff, and vendor contractors, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient facilities operations.

You will inspect facilities, plan work, manage budgets, and drive SOP adherence, with weekend coverage as needed. A Bachelor’s in business or related field and 3–5 years of sourcing/contract mgmt are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Purchasing, or equivalent field.
• 3-5 years of sourcing and contract management experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience leading teams in a decentralized environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for operational issues.
• Ability to enforce discipline and professional attire standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance technicians, housekeeping staff, and vendor contracts to ensure service quality.
• Conduct facility inspections and safety tours to verify standards.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate work for teams while briefing on progress.
• Manage facility projects and budgets and communicate status to occupants.
• Maintain records, budgets, and SOPs; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide on-site weekend coverage and staff training support as needed.
