• Coordinate with employees, management, contractors, and facility reps to minimize disruption.
• Provide accurate project reporting, forecasting, and progress updates.
• Support project teams to foster collaboration and accountability.
• Maintain daily maintenance tasks for MaintainX.
• Perform hands-on maintenance to ensure on-time delivery and continuity.
• Remain available for on-call maintenance to minimize downtime.
