Wonder is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Manager to optimize repairs, maintenance, and capital projects across FF&E and building systems. This role emphasizes on-site leadership at the production facility, ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-effective operations while supporting scalability of Wonder's growing footprint.

The position requires 5+ years in facilities management, hands-on oversight of maintenance programs, and collaboration with vendors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive facilities management experience.
• Experience managing R&M programs, capital projects, and budgets.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Strong organizational and delegation skills.
• Travel is required by car and plane.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary expert for repair and maintenance issues.
• Manage capital budgets and R&M spending.
• Standardize and improve facilities processes and tools.
• Identify and develop relationships with national and regional vendors.
• Plan and oversee capital projects on time and on budget.
• Lead preventative maintenance programs for equipment and systems.
• Oversee work order network and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with landlords and property managers.
• Ensure warranties compliance for equipment and services.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on projects and trends.
