Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of relevant maintenance experience.
• 5+ years in facility/plant engineering maintenance with at least 3 years supervisory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervises maintenance staff on shift and monitors performance.
• Directs maintenance service requests to ensure efficient work with minimal disruption.
• Checks malfunctioning equipment and coordinates corrective action.
