Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated, on-site in Malvern, PA, is seeking a skilled Facilities Technician 3 to lead maintenance operations across base building and critical systems. You will supervise on-shift staff, perform and delegate preventive maintenance, and ensure safe, reliable building services.

The role requires a high school diploma, 5+ years in facility/plant engineering maintenance with supervisory experience, and 2+ years of trades schooling in electrical, refrigeration, or HVAC.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ years of facility/plant engineering maintenance with supervisory experience.
• 2+ years of trades schooling in electrical system design, refrigeration, and/or HVAC preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs maintenance staff on shift and monitors performance.
• Performs and delegates general and preventive maintenance tasks to qualified staff.
• Orders parts and equipment and maintains inventory.
• Ensures safe storage, usage and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Maintains clean and safe workplace and adequate operating inventory.
