Lincoln Property Company is seeking a Building Engineer I to maintain and troubleshoot building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. The role focuses on routine maintenance, tenant requests, and safety compliance under senior engineers.

You will work in-office with on-site teams, following OSHA and NFPA guidelines, and participate in on-call rotations. Required are 2–3 years of relevant experience and applicable licenses; CFC certification preferred.

Qualificações

• 2-3 years of job-related experience or commensurate certification/trade experience.
• Engineering and trade licenses required per local, state, or national requirements.
• CFC Certification preferred.
• Familiarity with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems; experience with BAS operation and troubleshooting.
• Basic skills with Microsoft Office Outlook and work order systems, email, training platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and inspections of building systems.
• Address service requests, including hot/cold calls, plumbing issues, and lighting repairs.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and elevate issues as needed.
• Replace light fixtures, filters, and other components as required.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and equipment performance.
• Conduct property inspections to identify deficiencies and assist with preventive maintenance.
