Job summary

Lincoln Property Company is seeking a Mobile Building Engineer I to perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting across multiple portfolio properties. You will keep HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems running efficiently while ensuring tenant satisfaction.

This on-site role requires 2-3 years of experience, a valid driver’s license, and safety-conscious work practices. You will respond to unscheduled calls, conduct inspections, mentor junior technicians, and coordinate with

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of job-related experience or commensurate certification/trade experience.
• Valid state driver's license required; engineering/trade licenses may be required per location.
• Basic skills with Microsoft Office Outlook and work order platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance across multiple properties, including plumbing, basic electrical work, and HVAC troubleshooting.
• Conduct inspections (lighting, roof, parking) and report abnormalities.
• Respond to unscheduled maintenance calls and tenant comfort requests.
• Maintain inspection records and monitor outsourced repairs.
• Travel between sites using company vehicles; ensure safety compliance.
• Mentor junior technicians and collaborate with engineers to ensure consistent service.
