Job summary

Gifthealth Inc. seeks a Maintenance Associate to keep facilities performing at peak efficiency, supporting a high-energy, patient-centered environment. You will handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks onsite, with a focus on reliability and safety.

The role requires self-direction, strong communication, and a hands-on approach to sustain a compliant, well-run facility that serves prescribers, patients, and partners.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; vocational or technical training preferred.
• Licensure/Certification: EPA 608, HVAC/R certification, OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred; journeyman or apprentice credentials a plus.
• Experience: 2+ years in maintenance, facilities management, or skilled trades.

Responsibilities

• Preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and mechanical systems.
• Respond to work orders; diagnose and repair across multiple trades.
• Conduct safety inspections and coordinate with licensed contractors as needed.
• Coordinate third-party vendors and manage maintenance supplies and inventory.
• Log activities and inspections in the facilities system; support on-call emergencies.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and facility operations.
