You will work in a team that values safety, reliability, and efficient service delivery, supporting patient care environments and ensuring facilities meet life safety standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to diagnose mechanical concerns and/or issues.
• Maintain interior and exterior facility appearance.
• Understanding Life Safety Codes and safety procedures.
• Strong teamwork and communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand tools and power tools, and reassemble equipment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure machines run smoothly and buildings stay safe.
• Diagnose mechanical problems using blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs.
• Inspect, operate, and test machinery to diagnose malfunctions.
• Assist EVS department with cleaning duties and facility upkeep as needed.
• Follow life safety and disaster response plans and participate in related training.
