Job summary

Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to help keep our facility safe and comfortable for residents and staff. You will perform routine maintenance, assist with minor repairs, and ensure the physical plant and equipment operate reliably.

The role supports the Maintenance Supervisor and emphasizes timely reporting and safety. Ideal candidates will have experience with HVAC, boilers, water systems, and emergency generators, a preventive maintenance mindset, and

Qualifications

Experience with HVAC systems, boilers, water systems, washers/dryers, and emergency generators.
Understanding of preventive maintenance principles.
Clear communication and teamwork skills.
Safety-focused, detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance tasks throughout the facility as assigned.
Assist with minor repairs and upkeep of facility equipment and tools.
Maintain the physical plant, grounds, and equipment in safe, working order.
Support the Maintenance Supervisor in daily operations and preventative maintenance.
Ensure a clean, hazard-free environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
Report and respond to maintenance issues in a timely and effective manner.
