Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction, remodeling, renovation, and repair projects.
• Assist with framing, drywall, painting, flooring, doors, hardware, fixtures, and other improvements.
• HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs; replace filters and components as needed.
• Plumbing maintenance and repairs; address leaks, clogs, and fixture replacements.
• Perform routine inspections and general upkeep; maintain clean, safe work areas.
