Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to lead operations across a multi-building campus, including manufacturing, warehouse, and office spaces. You will supervise a team of Facilities Technicians, prioritize urgent tasks, and maintain high safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of building systems, PM programs, and hands-on maintenance, with a focus on reliability and uptime in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or trade license preferred.
• 5+ years of facilities maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, with 2+ years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Facilities Technicians to ensure uptime across manufacturing, warehouse, and office spaces.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Develop, implement, and monitor a preventive maintenance program.
• Ensure OSHA safety compliance and maintain required records.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as needed.
