Job summary

AmeriPharma is seeking a Building Maintenance Coordinator to support daily operations of our Laguna Hills properties. The role links property management, tenants, internal maintenance, and vendors to oversee requests, preventive maintenance, inspections, purchasing, and invoicing.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers and tenants.
• Experience with reviewing invoices and coordinating service requests.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vendors and contractors for building services.
• Request proposals and schedule service calls; manage access and scope.
• Track repairs, parts, visits, and proposals through completion.
• Verify work is completed; escalate issues to management.
• Coordinate internal team and external contractors.
• Conduct routine walkthroughs of common areas and facilities.
• Identify deficiencies and safety concerns; document them.
• Initiate corrective actions and follow through to resolution.
• Handle tenant maintenance requests and provide updates.
• Prepare notices for maintenance, inspections, or disruptions.
• Assist sourcing and purchasing of parts and supplies.
• Review invoices against proposals and work orders.
• Maintain records of work orders, invoices, and reports.
• Maintain calendars and vendor contact information.
• Prepare basic tracking reports for management.
