AWI Management Corp. is seeking an experienced individual to help maintain a 51-unit apartment community in Laguna Hills, CA. Experience in general building maintenance and landscape are preferred.

The position is a full-time position.

Pay range is $25.00 - $26.00 /hour DOE.

Housing is not available with this position.

Requirements
