Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to maintain manufacturing site facilities, address internal customer needs, and coordinate contractor work. You will troubleshoot building systems, schedule and lead PMs from the CMMS, review quotes, develop S.O.Ws, and manage project timelines from award to final invoice.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years of facilities experience, strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills, the ability to read building

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical degree preferred.
• 3+ years of facilities experience.
• 3+ years of leading projects and/or people.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and building maintenance experience.
• Ability to read building prints and electrical schematics.
• Great communication skills.
• Willingness to adapt in a rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots building systems and carries out repairs.
• Determines root cause of failures and leads preventive actions.
• Review, schedule, and lead PMs produced from the CMMS system.
• Communicates updates and changes to internal customers.
• Develop S.O.W for jobs, communicates expectations to contractors, reviews, and awards bids.
• Coordinates and tracks projects from job award to last invoice.
• Oversees on-site contractors including security and housekeeping.
• Responsible for overall building infrastructure and health.
• Reads building prints and electrical schematics; collaborates with contractors.
